(Video opens with dramatic music and quick cuts of graphs plummeting)
Voiceover (upbeat and energetic): Inflation got you stressed? Recession got you sweating? You’re not alone! But there’s ONE sector that tends to hold its own, even when the economy goes wild!
(Cut to an image of people using everyday cleaning products in their homes)
Voiceover: Think toilet paper, toothpaste, laundry detergent, and your favorite snacks. These are things people NEED, regardless of the economic climate.
(Cut to an image of a grocery store shelf with recognizable brands like Procter & Gamble, Nestle, and Unilever)
Voiceover: Companies like Procter & Gamble, Nestle, and Unilever dominate this space. They’ve built strong brands and loyal customer bases, giving them pricing power, even when inflation hits.
(Cut to a graph showing the relative stability of the Consumer Staples sector during past recessions)
Voiceover: While other sectors might be shedding jobs and cutting back, people are still brushing their teeth and buying food. That makes Consumer Staples a relatively safe haven.
(Cut back to the original speaker with a friendly smile)
Voiceover: Of course, no investment is completely foolproof. But if you’re looking for a sector that can weather the storm, Consumer Staples might be worth a look!

Never invest in hospital for my own good. I don't want hospitals to be solely money driven & motivated by money. And not healthcare services medical treatment which the core the business.
i am not comfortable to invest in hospital sector, in order for my wealth to grow i dont want someone to go through mental trauma of surgeries and all. We know how private hospitals are. Other sectors are there that i prefer . PS : Just my thinking ..
I want the country where no hospitals are needed… And I see how some of the cancer hospitals are scarring normal people and looting the money from them… I do not want to be part of their sins. So, I am not investing in them. I can't say myself that business is a business as I do not see ethics in many hospitals. They promote via fear.
Invested in Aster DM, looking fair valued at current levels
